- Changed the WEb Scene custom format score to 1600
- Updated the comment about why WEB scene has an increased score for V3 and V4 guides, and that it factors in the lack of score boost for not including a streaming service
- Updated Sonarr V3 guide to reflect V4 guide HD streaming service scores, and current repack/proper scores

The reason why this one get's such a high score is because it's the only quality scene group that exist (till now) and scene groups don't add the [Release Sources (Streaming Service)](#release-sources-streaming-service) to their release name so they don't get the extra point of the release source regex.
The reason why this one gets positively scored is because it's the only quality scene group that exists (up until now). Scene groups don't add a streaming service to their release names, so the score is adjusted to take this into account.
