Update Sonarr-recommended-naming-scheme.md

- Changed: recommended back to optional
- Added: Jellyfin example
- Removed: tmdb suggestion for Jellyfin being you need to add it manually
- Fixed: a few descriptions to make it more clear with the Jellyfin info
