Switching to IDv3 tag reading over custom parsing for local tracks. * Stable code for track refresh. * RefreshArtist and RescanArtist events are working correctly. Taloth Saldono	c90791b266	Quality Order can now be change on per Quality Profile. Quality Title used in Renaming can now be changed by the user. Both options require Advanced Settings to be enabled.	10 years ago
