You should set ROOT_URL correctly, otherwise the web may not work correctly.
EventClient is used for sending CleanLibrary and Notifications (With NzbDrone Logo - Internal Resource).
Support for Dharma's HTTP Server (Deprecated), since Dharma doesn't support Json as well.
