Miguel A Vico Moya 72769df5e4 Fix: Ombi.Api.Lidarr: Remove unused fields from ArtistAdd (#4727) ... When an artist is not found in Lidarr as part of requesting an album, MusicSender will make a POST request against the /api/v1/artist endpoint to add such artist.
