Your ROOT_URL in app.ini is https://git.cloudchain.link/ but you are visiting https://dash.bss.nz/open-source-mirrors/jellyfin/commits/commit/3fc71731a31475a5e8a660ec172f5f07a166d8aa/deployment/windows/dependencies.txt You should set ROOT_URL correctly, otherwise the web may not work correctly.
