* Use Guid.Equals(Guid) instead of the == override
* Ban the usage of Guid.Equals(Object) to prevent accidental boxing
* Compare to default(Guid) instead of Guid.Empty

Currently, when transcoding finishes it is not reported - leaving the UI with an incomplete transcode %
This change reports transcoding progress as empty / complete when the transcoding job finishes
