Added script to convert config-base.json into a go struct, so that access to config values and metadata could be unified and simpler. It probably won't see any actual use though as mapping the ini into it is painful.	5 years ago

Harvey Tindall	326b274329	Settings functional, start adding logging ... Modifying settings also formats it nicely, as a bonus. Also we using shortuuid instead of normal uuidv4 now because its the same length as what I used in the python version.	5 years ago
