Updated: Radarr-Quality-Settings-File-Size

- Changed: Raised the max size to max so you never run in to issues when using usenet.
- Changed: Lowered the minimum size for a few being that allot of streaming services use a new/better compression and feedback from users.
- Changed: Q&A to FAQ
