Enable VAAPI command arguments to ffmpeg if VAAPI is selected, and
add the "hwdownload" filter if transcoding from VAAPI to software.
Also support transforming 10 bit colourspace to 8-bit, consistent
with other hardware encoding options, at least until client pixel
formats are configurable.

Use the username to construct the UserConfigurationDirectory,
instead of the user ID, and move the old ID-based path to the new
path if needed when loading (temporary transitional code). Removes
administrator guesswork as to what user each directory belongs to,
which I found very annoying when investigating user configs.

Fixed a faulty change in logic that occurred during the Christmas GPL nightmare.
I stepped through Emby 3.5.2 and stumbled over a difference in the query between Jellyfin and Emby, where in Emby, query.ParentId was set to the item itself. So I did a little digging in the old GPLv2 source and found this https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Emby/blob/3.4.1.8/MediaBrowser.Controller/Entities/Folder.cs#L720

Improve playback of RTSP streams
...
Without those little changes, rtsp live tv streams get corrupted even when stream copying, but also with transcoding.
It's already really bad for sd streams, but hd streams are just unwatchable. The whole picture consists of green blocks.
Btw. this problem isn't new. It was already discussed in many posts at the time the Argus TV plugin was still alive.
These changes have the potential to fix it there also.

Auto-Organize: Async operation and instant feedback UI (reworked)

This commit includes changes to enable and stabilize asyncronous
operation in the auto-organize area. Here are the key points:
- The auto-organize correction dialog is now closed (almost) instantly.
This means that the user does not have to wait until the file copy/move
operation is completed in order to continue. (even with local HDs the
copy/move process can take several minutes or even much longer with
network destination).
- This commit also implements locking of files to be organized in order
to prevent parallel processing of the same item. In effect, there can be
2 or more manual organization operations active even while the normal
auto-organization task is running without causing any problems
- The items that are currently being processed are indicated as such in
the log with an orange color and a spinner graphic
- The client display is refreshed through websocket messages
- A side effect of this is that other clients showing the auto-organize
log at the same time are always up-to-date as well

Restrict metadata refresh of missing/virtual episodes
...
This commit can significantly improe library scan times!
(in my case from 15minutes to 50s)
This fixes the following situation:
When a user has a series in his library with lots of episodes (like
thousands), the metadata for ALL series episodes was refreshed during
each library scan. This resulted in very long scan times, even when
using the provider's cached data.
This fix skips metadata refresh for episodes that are NOT present in the
local library and are having an airdate older than 30days (no more
changes likely to occur) during library scans.
But these skipped items would still be refreshed during a full metadata
refresh.
I believe this is an acceptable balance between performance and
accuracy.

When a filename cannot be auto-matched to an existing series name, the
organization must be performed manually.
Unfortunately not just once, but again and again for each episode coming
in.
This change proposes a simple but solid method to optionally persist the
matching condition from within the manual organization dialog.
This approach will make Emby "learn" how to organize files in the future
without user interaction.
